Contact your admin for assistance with recovery email issues. I am in my first IT role here at small company who uses the Office 365 suite. I change the password in Admin Center and a few hours later, for the end user, it says the password is incorrect. I've tested it several times to ensure it wasn't user error and imaged a new device with the same account and it still had the same issues. Just looking for some help as my superiors aren't that helpful.
